1.War Horse is a classic...and there hasn't been many classics lately. It's emotional and breathtaking. The genius cast delivers a groundbreaking performance and this should win the OSCAR in the best picture category!

2.War Horse was just plain grand. What an experience to see Joey, the majestic horse, while enjoying the meticulous attention to detail from Spielberg. I cried in so many scenes and the ending was insp iring to me. From the costumes to the scenic photography to the many heart-wrenching moments, this film is such a refreshing change from many of the mindless movies that are in the theaters today. This is one of John Williams's best scores, and listening to it in the car invokes the many spectacular scenes throughout the film.

3.Seen it twice now, and even bought the musical score. Not in a long time have I been so moved by a movie. Refreshing not to have gore and profanity. I am hoping it wins some of the Oscars it is so deservingly nominated for.

4. Finally a movie without all the profanity. Very good movie with a lot of action and some humor. Sad in places. I enjoyed it very much

5. who cares if it's the same story...we need good endings and no cussing like this. It was visually as enthralling as ever, typical Spielberg there. A little sappy is cleansing once in awhile. I got my money's worth for a change and could take my niece and mother without being embarrassed about language. Horses don't "think and feel" like this, but oh well, i enjoyed it anyway.
